About Awesomic: We are a web app that connects businesses with the best-fit talents using an AI-driven algorithm. Since our launch in 2020, we’ve completed over 14,000 tasks for more than 4,000 clients, including names like Reface, Lift99, SilviaTerra, Y Combinator startups, and various VC funds.

We’re now looking for a Webflow Developer to join our dynamic community, work on projects for top-tier startups, and learn at the speed of light.

Who are we looking for?

  • Professional knowledge of Webflow, including experience with animations and Webflow CMS
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Figma
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work US West Coast hours

Also important:

  • Skilled at tackling custom, non-standard Webflow tasks
  • Comfortable researching solutions via Google, Webflow Forum, and Stack Overflow
  • Experienced with Finsweet Attributes to extend Webflow's capabilities
  • Capable of integrating and managing third-party scripts (e.g., sliders, forms)
  • Familiar with Framer
  • Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting abilities, including proposing alternative solutions when standard Webflow features fall short
