Overview
We are seeking an Intermediate Frontend Developer with 4–6 years of professional experience, including strong expertise in Webflow and practical skills in WordPress and Elementor.
This is a remote, contract-based role, supporting high-impact digital projects for a fast-growing team.

You’ll primarily focus on Webflow — leading a major site migration — while also supporting ongoing WordPress-based projects. If you have an eye for design, a passion for building clean, responsive UIs, and the ability to work confidently across multiple frontend platforms, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive, component-based web interfaces using Webflow (including CMS and dynamic content).
  • Support WordPress development using Elementor for layouts and templates.
  • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into fully functional, visually polished web experiences.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and site performance consistency.
  • Lead or assist with full-site migrations into Webflow, including page builds and CMS configuration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve layout or styling issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to improvements in design systems, usability, and frontend standards.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 4–6+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Proven track record building and maintaining sites in Webflow (portfolio required).
  • Strong HTML5 & CSS3 skills (Flexbox, Grid, animations, transitions).
  • Excellent design sensibility with an ability to deliver pixel-perfect frontends.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor, including template and page development.
  • Strong ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in a remote setup.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • JavaScript or jQuery for interactive elements.
  • Experience with Webflow Logic, CMS relationships, and user-generated content features.
  • Prior experience migrating full websites between Webflow, WordPress, or similar platforms.

Project Note

Your first assignment will be a complete site migration into Webflow, requiring both frontend development and CMS configuration.
Additional projects will involve continuous support for WordPress builds and frontend improvements.
