About the Role
Guidebook is looking for a hybrid Web Designer with strong Webflow + WordPress skills and a marketer’s mindset. You’ll take full ownership of their web presence, starting with a complete redesign of guidebook.com in Webflow, and ongoing performance improvements through UX, SEO, and analytics.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design + development in Webflow
- Manage and optimize WordPress blog
- Support landing pages, campaigns, and martech integrations (Marketo, Chili Piper)
- Improve SEO, site speed, UX, and conversion rates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, sales, and developers
- Contribute to Guidebook’s brand, design systems, and visual identity
You’ll Succeed If You Have:
- 3+ years in digital/marketing/web design
- Proven experience with Webflow and HTML/CSS/JS
- WordPress knowledge (theme customization + blog management)
- Eye for clean, performance-driven design
- SEO best practices + UX optimization mindset
- Strong collaboration skills and data-driven approach
