We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. You’re someone who combines technical know-how with strong visual instincts—and you care deeply about creating exceptional, user-focused digital experiences.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative designer who can manage multiple projects and deliver clean, high-performing websites.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and building fully responsive websites in Webflow, with best practices for performance and accessibility
• Collaborating with clients directly via email and video calls to understand goals, share progress, and refine outcomes
• Creating visually engaging social media content to support client brands
• Integrating tools like CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and analytics for added site functionality
• Implementing and optimizing with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO best practices

Technical Requirements

• Strong Webflow experience (CMS, animations, customizations)
• Proficient in Figma with a portfolio that demonstrates design thinking and execution
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS; bonus if you know JavaScript
• Experience with tools like Zapier or Make for automation
• Familiar with SEO optimization and Google tools

Bonus Experience

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and data-driven design
• Experience with other platforms like Shopify or Wix
• Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Confident in QA testing across devices and browsers
• Skills in branding, logo design, or visual systems are a plus
