We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who is a proactive problem-solver with leadership instincts and a keen eye for detail. You will take full ownership of Webflow development across projects, ensuring that each build is technically sound and meets our clients' goals.
What you'll do:
- Develop Webflow sites from provided Figma files
- Update existing Webflow sites
- Create simple, easy-to-use CMS collections and components
- Apply technical SEO and accessibility best practices
- Create Loom videos to explain Webflow setups for internal and client communication
We’re excited to find someone who is curious, growth-minded, and passionate about turning beautiful Figma designs into smooth, conversion-focused Webflow websites. If you're a clear communicator, strategic thinker, and excellent at keeping projects on track, you'll thrive in this role.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position, and you’ll need to be available to work until at least 3 pm Eastern Time.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- A minimum of 3 years of Webflow experience and 5 years of development experience
- A strong understanding of JavaScript
- Expertise in technical SEO and accessibility best practices
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with Client-First and Finsweet Attributes
- Experience with GSAP animations
- Familiarity with automations in Zapier or Make
What’s in it for you?
- Salary: $4,500 - $6,500 per month*
- Fully remote: This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
- Paid Time Off: 10 vacation days, 5 sick days, and paid US holidays.
