We're looking for a versatile, top-tier designer to take ownership of full website redesigns for our agency clients. If you're confident in your ability to create beautiful, high-converting websites and thrive in both strategy and execution, this role is for you.
Your Role
In this position, you’ll lead each project from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the visual direction and overall design aesthetic
- Defining and executing user experience strategy
- Acting as the main point of contact for the client
- Managing the timeline and key milestones
- Ensuring overall quality across design, development, and copy
Success Will Be Measured By
- A polished, bug-free final website designed for conversion
- Client satisfaction and feedback
- Completing projects within 1 month
- Prompt communication during business hours
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Experience creating websites for clients (agency or freelance)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Knowledge of marketing and conversion best practices
- Proven experience designing in Figma
- A portfolio with real-world, client-facing websites
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience working with developers and copywriters
- Copywriting skills
- Familiarity with CMS tools like Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify
