The Role

We’re looking for a Visual Designer to join our brand team and take ownership of WorkOS’s public-facing websites and digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong web design expertise with storytelling, UX thinking, and attention to detail.

You’ll work closely with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to craft engaging, modern, and accessible digital experiences that bring our brand to life.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the WorkOS website and other digital touchpoints
  • Build and evolve a UI design system with scalable components and guidelines
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear visual assets
  • Collaborate across design, development, and marketing to ensure a cohesive digital brand
  • Use user feedback and analytics to continuously improve website performance
  • Concept and prototype interactive features that elevate the user experience
  • Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized across devices

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in web and digital design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern website design
  • Deep understanding of UX, responsive design, and accessibility
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to balance visual creativity with usability and clarity
  • Comfortable collaborating with developers and familiar with front-end workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote team
