About the Role
We’re hiring a UX/UI Designer who’s passionate about creating seamless, human-centered experiences. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive web interfaces—from early research to polished visuals.
If you enjoy fast-paced environments, love solving user problems, and have an eye for detail, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Design user-friendly web interfaces for B2B SaaS products
- Create wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (PMs, devs, stakeholders)
- Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback
- Apply and contribute to design systems and style guides
- Balance quality and speed in a fast-moving product environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design roles
- Strong portfolio showing thoughtful design process and polished outcomes
- Solid experience with Figma (plus Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar tools)
- Confident working with responsive design across devices
- Good grasp of UX research and translating insights into design
- Strong communication and basic UX writing skills
- Some knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus
- Must be available during Eastern Time business hours
- English level: B2–C1
