AuditBoard is on the lookout for a strategic and experienced Senior UX Researcher to help shape the future of its award-winning audit, risk, and InfoSec platform. With over $250M in ARR and trusted by over half of the Fortune 500, AuditBoard is one of North America’s fastest-growing SaaS companies.
In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover user insights, inform product strategy, and continuously improve how thousands of professionals interact with our tools.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define research goals and timelines.
- Design and execute end-to-end research studies (qualitative and quantitative).
- Apply a mix of methods—user interviews, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, journey mapping, and more.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Advocate for users and guide product decisions across multiple teams.
- Present research outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of UX research experience (or a strong combination of education + experience).
- Skilled in a wide range of research methodologies.
- Experience embedded within product teams, influencing decisions across the product lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills—you can clearly present insights to both peers and leadership.
- Proven experience working on complex digital products (enterprise SaaS or data-heavy tools is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or similar is preferred.
- Portfolio or case studies that showcase your research approach and impact.
