Keller Executive Search is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences.
As a UX Designer, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and stakeholders—to turn user insights into elegant, functional designs. Your work will directly shape the user experience of our clients’ digital products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Develop and maintain user documentation including personas, journey maps, and specifications
- Stay current with UX best practices and design trends
- Advocate for user-centered design across all product development phases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and user-focused outcomes
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Solid grasp of interaction design principles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
