What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, beautiful mobile experiences from scratch
- Collaborate directly with the founder to shape flows and interfaces
- Work asynchronously with a high-output team (95% async)
- Bring empathy, clarity, and polish to every screen
- Move fast and iterate based on real user feedback
- Help shape a team culture built on respect, openness, and bold ideas
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience designing consumer mobile apps (iOS/Android)
- A portfolio that reflects exceptional taste and minimalism
- Empathy for user behavior and modern mobile usage
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Self-directed and comfortable in async, fast-paced environments
- Bonus: experience with early-stage products, motion/interaction prototyping, and Figma
