UI/UX Designer (Remote, EMEA Preferred)

Join a high-performance team building cutting-edge applications in crypto, trading, and Web3 infrastructure. We’re seeking a world-class UI/UX Designer to create seamless, functional, and innovative user interfaces for our platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Design intuitive and visually striking interfaces for crypto, DeFi, and trading products
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to craft end-to-end design solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve design quality
• Build and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
• Work from wireframes to polished, interactive prototypes ready for development

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in fintech, crypto, or trading
• Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for both mobile and desktop (responsive design)
• Deep knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards
• A solid portfolio showcasing real-world design work

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with Web3 tools, wallets, or decentralized apps (dApps)
• Experience with TradingView, financial dashboards, or orderbooks
• Strong motion/interaction design skills (microinteractions)
• Knowledge of Tailwind, component libraries, or developer handoff tools
