Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Senior Webflow Developer who will take charge of developing websites based on the Figma designs provided by our in-house design team. This position is crucial as you will play a key role in delivering customer projects that impact some of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies worldwide.

As the Senior Webflow Developer, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our designers, project managers, and clients to bring creative projects to life. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining websites, providing hands-on support for Webflow development, debugging technical issues, and ensuring that custom enterprise solutions are flawlessly implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop websites in Webflow based on the designs crafted by our in-house design team.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
• Communicate directly with clients to define deliverables, provide updates, and present project results.
• Troubleshoot and debug any technical issues that arise during the development process.
• Create custom Webflow enterprise solutions and implement advanced custom features when needed.
• Contribute to creating Webflow templates and tools for the internal team or the Webflow community.
• Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for performance, and fully functional across both desktop and mobile platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing websites using Webflow.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• In-depth understanding of Webflow CMS setup and implementation, ensuring it is user-friendly for clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with clients, presenting ideas and providing technical support.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring clean and well-organized code.
• Ability to use custom code (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) within Webflow to add custom logic or animation libraries such as GSAP.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Webflow’s CMS and custom code integration.
• Experience in working with B2B SaaS companies or a fast-paced startup environment.
• Knowledge of conversion optimization and best practices for SaaS websites.
• Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing situations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with Webflow’s E-commerce solutions and advanced animation features would be an advantage.
