About the Role:
Welltech is hiring a Senior UX Researcher to join the YogaGo team. You'll lead user research initiatives to improve the experience of a growing wellness product. This is a hands-on role focused on discovery, validation, and helping cross-functional teams stay user-centered.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and conduct end-to-end research (qual & quant)
- Match research methods to product maturity and risk
- Translate ambiguous challenges into actionable insights
- Run usability tests, concept tests, interviews, surveys, and more
- Collaborate closely with PMs, designers, and analysts
- Advocate for user needs and embed insights into product decisions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of UX research experience
- Proven experience running independent studies
- Strong with mixed-methods approaches
- Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally
- Fluent in English
