As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll take the lead in designing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to bring user-centric ideas to life and mentor junior designers as part of a high-performance, globally distributed team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design for web and mobile interfaces
- Use user-centered methodologies to deliver intuitive and effective designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders
- Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
- Advocate for user experience throughout the development process
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in mobile UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing a solid design process and visual craft
- Advanced Figma skills
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
