We’re now hiring our first dedicated Product UX Designer to lead the design of the Halcyon platform—shaping UI, dashboards, workflows, and third-party integrations that help security teams act faster and smarter.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end product UX—from discovery through delivery.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Customer Success to shape user flows and UI patterns.
- Translate complex security data into intuitive dashboards, alerts, and visualizations.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma (components, tokens, UI library).
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and data analysis to inform decisions.
- Champion accessibility, consistency, and clarity across all user touchpoints.
- Iterate fast in a startup environment—balance long-term vision with short-term needs.
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of experience designing enterprise SaaS products (security or data-heavy tools a plus).
- A portfolio showing your full design process—from research to shipped UI.
- Comfort working across fidelity levels (from low-fi wireframes to interactive prototypes).
- Experience designing complex workflows like RBAC, dashboards, or policy management tools.
- Familiarity with design systems, front-end patterns, and collaboration with React dev teams.
- Clear communication skills—you explain design rationale with confidence and clarity.
- Bonus: Experience with security/observability tools (alerts, timelines, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.).
