About the Role:
RTR is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its team. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end design process, from ideation through post-launch iterations, with a focus on driving customer growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance key product pages, such as homepages, landing pages, product pages, and onboarding experiences. The role involves designing mobile user experiences, leading usability testing, and marrying design with brand identity to create delightful and functional experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Create functional, inspirational mobile user experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define objectives and deliverables.
- Lead usability tests, setting up screeners and moderating sessions.
- Produce UX deliverables including user flows, wireframes, and content mapping.
- Develop presentations articulating UX strategy and user-centered designs.
- Evangelize product design practices within the company.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in mobile consumer-focused product design.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, customer motivations, and behaviors.
- Ability to translate user needs into actionable deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience presenting to executives and guiding product decisions.
- Familiarity with agile environments and strong knowledge of Figma and UserTesting.com.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 per year (based on experience).
