The Role: Senior Product Designer
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll collaborate with a team of designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver user-centric solutions that drive business results. You will be responsible for designing visually engaging, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex workflows and enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Drive outcomes: Advocate for outcome-focused design solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
- Design for impact: Translate business goals into design solutions that improve user engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Create compelling design assets: Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with both user needs and business goals.
- Establish design consistency: Maintain design guidelines and ensure consistency across all user interfaces and design systems.
- Conduct research and testing: Perform user research, usability testing, and data analysis to refine designs and enhance the user experience.
- Iterate for success: Continuously refine and improve designs based on user feedback and data insights.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record in UI/UX design and experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Front End Developers.
- Expertise in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar, along with proficiency in Jira.
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles with a focus on simplicity, usability, and functionality.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and the ability to adapt in fast-paced, iterative processes.
- A portfolio showcasing impactful design work, collaborative efforts, and successful business outcomes.
- Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with Front End developers.
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus but not essential.
