Redefine how people approach their health at ZOE.

At ZOE, we’re building a movement to transform the health of millions through science and nutrition. Our personalized nutrition program is grounded in the world’s largest nutrition science study and a proven randomized controlled trial. Our mission is simple: help people eat the right food for their body and feel healthier, every day.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our E-commerce team and shape mobile-first purchase experiences that are not only beautiful, but that drive real impact — for our users and for the business.

Why this role matters

You’ll design the full e-commerce journey: from discovery to checkout to upsell. Your work will turn curiosity into commitment, helping thousands take the first step toward better health. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, engineering, and brand teams to bring consistency, performance, and craft to every user touchpoint.

You’ll work in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment where growth and impact go hand in hand.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and evolve the e-commerce experience from first click to conversion
  • Design high-performing landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and upsells
  • Partner with product managers and engineers in a tight product trio
  • Collaborate with our Creative Studio to align marketing and product touchpoints
  • Turn complex data into clear design decisions using research, A/B testing, and behavioral insights
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand real user needs
  • Maintain and evolve our Design System with high standards of visual consistency
  • Present your ideas clearly, take in feedback thoughtfully, and iterate quickly
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture grounded in experimentation and user-first thinking

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience
  • Track record in e-commerce or growth design (web + mobile), ideally in fast-paced environments
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to craft
  • Experience running A/B tests and applying data to design decisions
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel design
  • Skilled in user research, usability testing, and synthesizing feedback
  • Confidence working in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Design Systems
  • A thoughtful communicator who can collaborate across disciplines and influence stakeholders
  • Bonus: Motion design skills or micro-interactions experience

Who you are

  • You care about health and wellness and want your work to help people live better lives
  • You’re curious, empathetic, and user-obsessed
  • You believe design should drive outcomes, not just aesthetics
  • You love working with others and bring energy and openness to every collaboration
  • You’re excited by big goals and aren’t afraid to test, learn, and iterate

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation + equity
  • 100% remote-friendly
  • Flexible time off and inclusive parental leave
  • Health and wellness benefits
  • Personal development and learning budgets
  • A mission-driven team building something that matters
  • A role where you can see the direct impact of your work — fast

We know that not everyone ticks every box. If this sounds like a role you’d love, we want to hear from you.

ZOE means life — and you can help change lives with design.
