Looking for a remote role where your creativity meets independence? OLCO Design is expanding, and we are searching for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead, innovate, and push boundaries in the professional services sector.

OLCO is on a mission to help professional services firms (like banks, investment managers, law firms, and many other service-based brands) leverage their brand as a point of difference in increasingly competitive markets — and this is where you come in.

The position of Senior Graphic Designer at OLCO Design is the dream role for you, if you are:

  • Creative, confident, intelligent, and methodical
  • Reliable and can consistently create amazing work
  • Happy being hands-on and doing whatever it takes to exceed client expectations
  • Quality-focused and take all feedback positively as an opportunity to learn, improve and grow
  • Highly experienced in the creation of reports, documentation, presentations, brand collateral and infographics/charts, in particular
  • Excited about working with clients from the professional services sector
  • Attention-to-detail focused and considered systematic, adaptable and intuitive
  • Thrilled to join a small boutique agency with big plans to scale with you on-board
  • A wizard at Adobe InDesign and Illustrator and always keen to learn new technical skills
  • Unfazed by managing tight deadlines and busy schedules
  • Most comfortable working independently at home, without feeling isolated

Flexible working approach:

OLCO plans to remain a fully remote team for the foreseeable future, with no plans to mandate in-office working.

This is therefore a fully remote position with the occasional requirement to meet in-person with colleagues, clients and partners and attend industry events.

Your working hours can be relatively flexible around your lifestyle, which can be discussed with you at the interview stage.

At OLCO, we foster a collaborative, feedback-driven culture where you’ll have independence and plenty of opportunities to grow. We invest in our people because we want you to thrive alongside us.

Now in its 10th year, OLCO plans to expand its range of services and this brings a unique opportunity for a senior creative designer to take the lead and become responsible for all creative output for professional services clients.
