Metics Media is expanding! We’re searching for a creative, data-driven Thumbnail Designer to join our remote team full-time. You'll help our YouTube channel, with 400,000+ subscribers, stand out with scroll-stopping thumbnails that drive views and engagement.

Metics Media creates practical tutorials, reviews, and insights for online marketing platforms. Our mission is to empower users to master digital tools and grow their online presence — keeping all our content free and accessible. We partner with leading platforms and earn commissions through customer referrals, allowing us to maintain high-quality, unbiased content.
Founded by Simon, our team of five — including three full-time content creators — is passionate about helping our audience and growing together. We're looking for someone ready to build a long-term career with us.
What You'll Do:
- Create eye-catching, high-converting YouTube thumbnails
- Develop strong packaging concepts (titles + thumbnails) for videos
- Test and optimize designs through A/B testing
- Research and stay updated with YouTube thumbnail trends and viewer behavior
What We’re Looking For:
- Portfolio demonstrating experience designing YouTube thumbnails
- Strong grasp of visual storytelling and design for click-through success
- Expert-level Photoshop skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently
- Quiet workspace, a reliable computer, and a fast internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload)
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Valid work authorization for your country
