About the Role
As a Product Designer on the Mobile Apps team, you’ll take ownership of design across Leonardo.Ai’s iOS and Android applications. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create thoughtful, engaging, and user-friendly mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and polished UX/UI for native mobile apps using Figma
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate and test ideas
• Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver new features
• Present and explain design decisions and milestones to internal stakeholders
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform your work
• Leverage product data and user insights to guide design decisions
• Contribute to the evolution of design standards, patterns, and systems
• Manage your own design work within the squad and meet delivery timelines
• Help foster a supportive, user-first design culture

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience designing for native iOS and Android apps
• Knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
• Proficiency in Figma for both UX and UI design
• Ability to ideate, prototype, and move from low- to high-fidelity
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable design patterns
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams
• Interest in mobile design trends, innovation, and continuous learning
• A collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and team goals
