About the Role
As a Product Designer on the Mobile Apps team, you’ll take ownership of design across Leonardo.Ai’s iOS and Android applications. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create thoughtful, engaging, and user-friendly mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and polished UX/UI for native mobile apps using Figma
- Build interactive prototypes to communicate and test ideas
- Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver new features
- Present and explain design decisions and milestones to internal stakeholders
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform your work
- Leverage product data and user insights to guide design decisions
- Contribute to the evolution of design standards, patterns, and systems
- Manage your own design work within the squad and meet delivery timelines
- Help foster a supportive, user-first design culture
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing for native iOS and Android apps
- Knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Proficiency in Figma for both UX and UI design
- Ability to ideate, prototype, and move from low- to high-fidelity
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable design patterns
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams
- Interest in mobile design trends, innovation, and continuous learning
- A collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and team goals
