Role Overview

As a UX/UI Designer at Nearform, you will have the chance to work on dynamic projects for top-tier clients, tackling complex user-centered design challenges, and pushing boundaries in digital product design. Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and clients, you'll contribute to creating innovative and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Solutions: Create design solutions based on user research, business goals, and user needs.
  • User Experience: Produce deliverables such as storyboards, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and vision pieces to visualize optimal user experiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and product managers to iterate and ensure flawless execution.
  • Advocacy: Advocate for your designs, clearly explaining how they align with both user and business goals.
  • Design Tools Expertise: Use industry-standard tools like Sketch and Figma to produce high-quality designs.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive, collaborative design environment that fosters growth and skill development for the team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in interactive digital design and/or visual design.
  • Proven ability to design user experiences for both consumer and enterprise applications.
  • Well-rounded portfolio demonstrating end-to-end customer journeys, interaction patterns, and deep visual design thinking.
  • Experience creating polished prototypes, mockups, wireframes, and style guides in an iterative design process.
  • Fluency in interaction design, user-centered design processes, and UI patterns for desktop and mobile.
  • Expertise with Sketch, Figma, and Abstract.
  • Motion graphics and illustration skills (After Effects to Lottie) are a plus.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly, and effectively present and discuss your design choices.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience working with product and engineering teams in a collaborative software development environment.
