About Flipster:

Role Overview:
As a Product Designer, you’ll design crypto trading experiences across desktop, mobile web, and app. You'll work in fast iterations, balancing user needs, business goals, and product vision—while pushing design boundaries in a rapidly evolving space.
Responsibilities:
- Design UX/UI for Flipster's trading services (PC/Mobile Web & App)
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams
- Rapidly iterate from concept to final delivery
- Apply user research and data to continuously improve UX/UI
- Contribute to service design and platform-wide UX strategies
Requirements:
- 4+ years in UX/UI design for web and mobile
- Experience designing for desktop and mobile interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma, Protopie
- Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, collaborative environments
- Open to feedback and passionate about creative problem-solving
Nice to Have:
- Experience or interest in crypto/finance products
- UX research and data analysis experience
- Familiarity with Agile workflows
- Knowledge of design and crypto trends
- Proficiency in Korean
