The Role
We’re hiring a Product Designer to join our collaborative and fast-moving team. In this role, you’ll work on complex, technical challenges and lead design work from early exploration to launch. You'll play a key role in shaping the user experience across our platform and helping simplify the real estate journey for everyone involved.
This is an opportunity to work across multiple product surfaces, partner closely with product managers and engineers, and directly influence how modern real estate gets done.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, user-focused experiences that solve real problems
- Own projects end-to-end, from early ideas to polished features
- Collaborate with product and engineering partners throughout the entire development process
- Guide engineers during implementation to ensure a high level of design quality
- Use real-world feedback to evaluate your work and make continuous improvements
- Champion best practices in user interface and user experience design across the platform
- Keep the user’s needs at the center of every decision
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of experience as a product designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, thoughtful processes, and measurable outcomes
- Excellent skills in UX, interaction, and visual design
- Experience designing and shipping products that simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly with product and engineering teams
- Comfort iterating on designs based on user behavior and feedback
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools
Location and Compensation
This role is based in San Francisco, California, but we are open to remote candidates based in the United States.
The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000, with additional equity and a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will depend on your experience, skills, and location.
