The Role
We're looking for a Product Designer who can simplify complex concepts through clean, user-centered design. In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers and developers to craft seamless digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Translate product goals and user needs into intuitive experiences
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design implementation
- Iterate based on user feedback and data to improve designs
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability
- Clearly document design rationale and specifications
- Participate in design reviews and cross-functional discussions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in product or UX/UI design
- Portfolio demonstrating strong web and mobile design work
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Bonus: Familiarity with front-end basics (React, CSS, handoff practices)
