The Opportunity: We're seeking an exceptionally talented UI/UX designer to join our team and help us bring our innovative prototypes to life. You’ll be working on designs that will shape the future of work for businesses around the globe, leveraging the latest in agentic AI and multi-agent systems. Your designs will be built using Figma, Daisy UI, and Tailwind CSS, and will feature vibrant, uplifting color paths designed to bring excitement and joy to business users in the workplace.
What You'll Do:
- Design with Purpose: Craft visually stunning and highly functional UIs that simplify complex processes and bring a sense of delight to the user experience. Think Linear’s seamless project management, Stripe’s clean financial admin interfaces, and Gumroad’s vibrant, artistic style.
- Rapid Prototyping: Move quickly from design to prototype, working closely with our founding team to iterate on your designs and bring them to market at lightning speed.
- Set the Standard: Use Figma to create detailed design systems and component libraries, ensuring consistency across all our products while allowing for rapid iteration.
- Champion Simplicity: We’re not fans of overly complicated, outdated designs (looking at you, AWS). You’ll help us avoid that by creating interfaces that are modern, intuitive, and user-friendly.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience: You’ve got a strong portfolio that shows off your ability to create amazing UI/UX designs, especially for B2B SaaS products.
- Proficiency in Figma: You’re a Figma pro, capable of creating and maintaining complex design systems and component libraries.
- A Love for Uplifting Design: Your work radiates positivity and energy, making even the most mundane tasks feel enjoyable.
- Remote-First Mindset: You’re comfortable working remotely, managing your time effectively, and collaborating with a distributed team.
- [Bonus] Knowledge of Tailwind CSS & Daisy UI: Experience with these tools is a huge plus, as they’ll be the backbone of your design work.
