We’re looking for a Middle or Senior-level Front-end Developer with solid Webflow expertise to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex, creative designs into responsive, high-performance websites and wants to work in a collaborative, design-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop responsive websites using Webflow based on Figma designs
- Build clean, semantic HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like SCSS/LESS), and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to validate feasibility and execution
- Implement engaging animations and interactions using GSAP, Lenis, or similar libraries
- Work with CMS platforms, particularly Webflow and occasionally WordPress
- Handle CMS setup, localization, and third-party integrations
- Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO
- Set up development configurations and manage project dependencies
- Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and workflow improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of front-end development experience
- Strong experience in Webflow, including advanced CMS and integration features
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with Git and version control workflows
- Able to work confidently with development tools like VSCode, WebStorm, or PhpStorm
- Experience working with complex UI Kits and design systems in Figma
- Strong understanding of web performance best practices and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with SEO standards and accessibility guidelines
- Ability to work independently and propose technical solutions when needed
- Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Shopify, Framer, Magento, or other CMS platforms
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Experience with creative dev tools like WebGL, Three.js, or React Three Fiber
- Knowledge of modern UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Material Design)
- Exposure to web application development or interactive projects
