We’re looking for a Middle or Senior-level Front-end Developer with solid Webflow expertise to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex, creative designs into responsive, high-performance websites and wants to work in a collaborative, design-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop responsive websites using Webflow based on Figma designs
  • Build clean, semantic HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like SCSS/LESS), and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
  • Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to validate feasibility and execution
  • Implement engaging animations and interactions using GSAP, Lenis, or similar libraries
  • Work with CMS platforms, particularly Webflow and occasionally WordPress
  • Handle CMS setup, localization, and third-party integrations
  • Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO
  • Set up development configurations and manage project dependencies
  • Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and workflow improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience
  • Strong experience in Webflow, including advanced CMS and integration features
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows
  • Able to work confidently with development tools like VSCode, WebStorm, or PhpStorm
  • Experience working with complex UI Kits and design systems in Figma
  • Strong understanding of web performance best practices and optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with SEO standards and accessibility guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and propose technical solutions when needed
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Shopify, Framer, Magento, or other CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
  • Experience with creative dev tools like WebGL, Three.js, or React Three Fiber
  • Knowledge of modern UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Material Design)
  • Exposure to web application development or interactive projects
