About the Lead Product Designer:

As the Lead Product Designer at Anrok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across the platform. You will lay the foundation for consistent user patterns, working closely with engineering and product teams to craft designs that are both intuitive and aligned with the iterative development process. Your work will involve crafting new features end-to-end, and translating user feedback into elegant design solutions.

You will be responsible for running customer interviews, gathering insights, and turning them into actionable, usable designs. From MVP concepts to fully fleshed-out mocks, your work will directly influence how customers interact with Anrok’s tax automation tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a lead member of the design function at Anrok, driving design decisions that impact the entire product.
• Bridge the gap between engineering, customer support, and product teams to create cohesive, user-centric designs.
• Craft user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks in Figma, balancing business goals with user needs.
• Simplify complex invoicing and payment processes into clean, user-friendly design solutions.
• Conduct user interviews to gather insights and refine designs based on customer feedback.
• Develop consistent user patterns and design systems that can scale across the application.
• Work iteratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of designs with ongoing development.

• You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact user experiences.
• You communicate clearly and concisely, making complex concepts accessible to non-design stakeholders.
