What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of designers, ensuring timely, high-quality, and on-budget deliveries.
- Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to help your team grow.
- Collaborate with design leaders and cross-disciplinary peers to refine processes and ensure design excellence.
- Help with staffing, hiring, and onboarding alongside the Director of Design Management.
- Mentor individual team members and foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
- Evaluate and align project priorities with department goals and studio culture.
- Playtest in-development games and give actionable design feedback.
- Contribute to defining and evolving best practices across the design department.
