About ICG
ICG is a global holding company focused on building and growing digital properties that power seamless online shopping experiences. Our portfolio includes well-known affiliate platforms like Stylight and MyBestBrands. Together, our properties generate over $250 million in annual sales across 15 markets and 7 languages.
We believe ecommerce can be better. That’s why we acquire and scale niche platforms that offer retailers smarter, performance-driven alternatives to Meta and Google.
Now we’re looking for a Junior Product Designer to help shape the user experience on our newest acquisition — a fast-growing ecommerce platform used by over 100 million people per year.
What you’ll do
As the only designer on the team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Product, a Product Manager, and Engineers to design, prototype, and iterate across both web and mobile platforms.
- Design UI/UX experiences for ecommerce platforms with a focus on user flow and conversion
- Work across both B2C and B2B use cases, balancing user needs with merchant outcomes
- Support the Marketing team when needed with banners and promotional visuals
- Deliver wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
- Help define and evolve the product’s visual and functional design system
What we’re looking for
- Solid design fundamentals and a strong portfolio of modern web/mobile UI work
- Experience designing for ecommerce or conversion-focused platforms
- Proactive mindset — you take ownership and solve problems independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage product environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
What we offer
- A fast-growing team where your work directly impacts millions of users
- A flexible remote/hybrid setup (Europe-based preferred)
- 30 vacation days per year
- An office in Split if you want to drop by occasionally
- Transparent, respectful hiring process — we’ll always follow up
What we don’t offer
- A perfect work/life balance — some evenings or weekends may be needed during busy periods
- Large teams or polished systems — we work lean and wear multiple hats
The hiring process
- Review: We’ll respond to every application within 72 hours
- Interviews: You’ll meet our Head of Product, a PM, and an Engineer
- Paid case study: A real-world design challenge followed by a working session
- Offer: If it’s a match, we’ll get started
