About the Role
This is for a visual and motion designer with a passion for branding, editorial design, motion graphics, and social content. You'll work across brand, marketing, and product, crafting creative assets that bring the Revolut identity to life.
Expect to drive projects end-to-end, collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies, and shape the visual direction of campaigns. Your eye for detail, strong brand instincts, and motion flair will be key.
What You'll Do
- Own visual and motion design projects from concept to delivery
- Create brand systems, guidelines, and documentation
- Direct agency partners to deliver high-quality creative work
- Design assets for social, digital campaigns, and marketing
- Build moodboards, storyboards, scamps, and animations
- Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams
What They're Looking For
- Experience in branding or advertising environments
- Portfolio showcasing strong visual storytelling and motion design
- Mastery of Adobe CC + tools like Figma and Miro
- Strong typography, editorial, and digital design skills
- Experience leading design processes and collaborating with creatives
Location & Salary
- Remote (Europe)
- €3,100 – €3,300/month gross (based on experience + location)
