We're looking for a freelance Graphic Designer who’s as creative as they are analytical — someone who can create scroll-stopping visuals and understands how design impacts performance. Your mission: craft bold, engaging, high-converting graphics that elevate our social media and YouTube presence in the trading and finance space.

You'll collaborate closely with our content and marketing team to produce assets that don’t just look great — they perform. Expect to work on YouTube and Rumble thumbnails, Instagram and X (Twitter) posts, and more.

Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation

• Design high-impact graphics that drive engagement across Instagram and X.
• Create eye-catching YouTube and Rumble thumbnails optimized for click-through rate.
• Translate brand voice into consistent and compelling visuals.

Data-Informed Design

• Use performance metrics (CTR, engagement rates, etc.) to inform and improve design strategy.
• A/B test thumbnails and creatives to identify top-performing formats.

Brand & Visual Identity

• Help define and maintain a strong, recognizable visual identity.
• Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms and content types.

Collaboration & Ideation

• Work closely with content creators, marketers, and editors.
• Participate in brainstorms to pitch creative, trend-savvy ideas backed by design best practices.

Creative Exploration

• Stay current on trends in trading, finance, and digital media.
• Experiment with formats and meme culture to keep content fresh and engaging.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience designing for social media, YouTube, or digital content (portfolio required).
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
• Deep understanding of what drives performance on visual platforms.
• Ability to work independently and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Comfortable with remote, async collaboration.
• Bonus: experience or passion for the finance/trading niche.
