Graphic Designer

This is a Graphic Designer job opportunity at Real, a fast-growing national real estate brokerage based in the U.S. and Canada, focused on revolutionizing the home-buying and selling process with technology. The role is remote, based in India, with working hours from 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM IST (Mon-Fri).

Key Responsibilities:

• Create designs for digital, print, and social media, including marketing collateral, event assets, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop visual solutions aligned with Real’s brand.
• Develop design solutions for web pages, email campaigns, promotional materials, and social media.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Ensure brand consistency across various platforms.
• Contribute to the development of Real’s visual style guide and creative direction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design innovations.

Required Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Asana, and Google Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills across multiple mediums.
• Excellent time management, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for pixel-perfect designs.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, UX/UI, HCI, Motion Design, Art Direction, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in digital, print, and social media.
• Bonus: Experience in real estate or technology, UI/UX design principles, and proficiency in motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Lightroom, AfterEffects).
