As a Graphic Designer at Flipster
As a Graphic Designer at Flipster, you will play a key role in creating visually engaging and on-brand design concepts that align with our brand strategy. Your work will focus on developing a cohesive visual identity that resonates with our target audience and supports our marketing efforts. You will create aesthetically pleasing designs for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, paid advertising, and campaigns, delivering production-ready assets that enhance the brand and effectively engage customers.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling visual designs for a range of marketing channels, including social media, blogs, paid advertising, and campaigns, ensuring production-ready assets that enhance the brand and engage customers.
- Design and deliver visual content efficiently, managing rapid development cycles from initial concept to final execution while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and business, to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand objectives.
- Continuously refine designs based on feedback and data insights, proactively guiding creative directions.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in established graphic studios, branding and advertising agencies, or in-house design and branding roles preferred. Experience in the industry is highly preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects that demonstrates a deep understanding of aesthetics and design principles while effectively conveying intended messages.
- Expertise in fundamental design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and branding, with the ability to articulate design thinking and rationale.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design choices in complex scenarios.
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes, such as Notion and Slack, to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with UI/UX work is a plus.
Preferred
- Experience or interest in the finance and/or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Knowledge of current design trends within the crypto space.
- Proficiency in English writing, with the ability to craft clear and compelling narratives.
