The Opportunity
Are you a digital designer who loves building beautiful, intuitive user experiences? Do you enjoy turning complex ideas into clean, user-centered interfaces? We're looking for a Digital Product Designer to help shape the future of our products.
This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about design, tech, and collaboration. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to create site mockups, manage client design projects, and drive great design decisions from concept to launch.
What You’ll Do
- Design UI mockups that are visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate across departments to keep projects on track and reduce design-developer friction.
- Own the design side of client projects, ensuring high-quality results are delivered on time.
- Contribute to technical discussions, bringing your design perspective to optimize workflows.
- Support communication with internal and external teams to manage timelines and expectations.
- Research new tools and design trends to keep us ahead of the curve and improve our services.
- Conduct user training, ensuring our clients and users get the most out of our tools.
- Run design QA by reviewing designs and prototypes, catching usability issues early.
- Document design processes and decisions so we can scale our knowledge and improve over time.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Organized, proactive, and pays attention to detail.
- A great communicator — both with your team and with clients.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Passionate about both aesthetics and usability.
- Eager to learn, grow, and help shape something meaningful.
What You Bring
- Experience as a UI/Product Designer (bonus if you’ve worked in SaaS or B2B).
- A strong portfolio showcasing your web and mobile UI work.
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, typography, layout, color theory, and responsive design.
- Comfortable collaborating with developers, marketers, and product managers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Awareness of UI/UX trends and tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Degree in Design or equivalent experience.
