About the role
We’re hiring a versatile and creative Digital Designer to craft high-impact visuals across digital formats — with a strong focus on email campaigns. No worries if you’re new to email marketing — we’ll teach you the strategy. What matters most is your eye for clean design, your ability to bring brand identities to life, and your interest in creating visuals that perform as beautifully as they look.
What you'll do
- Design digital assets with a primary focus on email campaigns for top DTC brands
- Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to turn marketing ideas into clean, modern designs
- Translate brand guidelines into engaging, high-converting visuals
- Iterate based on performance feedback and A/B testing insights
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for both mobile and desktop
- Maintain tidy, handoff-ready files in Figma and Photoshop
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of design experience (agency, e-commerce, or digital preferred)
- Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- A clean, modern aesthetic and ability to adapt to different brand styles
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working fast and collaborating with remote teams
- Bonus: motion design, animation, or HTML/CSS knowledge
- Bonus: experience with Klaviyo or email marketing
