Pinterest’s renowned House of Creative team is looking for a Sr. Lead, Copy to lead campaigns, activations, partnerships, and content. You’re a proven writer with an award-winning portfolio of world-class work. And you care about crafting every detail along the way. But more importantly, you can be an effective leader who understands the goals, inspires the team, and gets the results. As a leader within the House of Creative team, you’ll report to our ECD to help create the best work in Pinterest’s history.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead projects ranging from campaigns, activations, brand partnerships, and content across both consumer and advertiser work streams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to co-create briefs, come up with creative solutions, and deliver outstanding creative work
  • Drive a strategic and conceptual approach to improve our creative output and business impact
  • Operate as a leader within our House of Creative team, cultivating a strong team culture, and inspiring creative excellence
  • Write everything from scripts to taglines to social posts
  • Bring fresh, creative thinking to every project
  • Manage key workstreams
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, environment where everyone can do their best work

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Design, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years as a creative leader at an agency or in-house at a brand
  • Ideally 3+ years brand side creative experience working in-house for iconic, global brands
  • Award-winning portfolio of outstanding creative work across on a variety of brands
  • A highly-respected creative expert with a demonstrated knowledge of big campaign ideas, storytelling, and visual craft
  • A people manager with 3-5 years experience leading projects. Someone who can lead a creative team and do the work on their own when needed
  • Working knowledge of relevant software (Google docs)
  • A personality that builds trust and influences alignment of our creative vision cross-functionally

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
