About the Role
We’re seeking a Brand Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in design to work on well-defined projects that contribute to the growth of our brand. You’ll be responsible for translating complex brand narratives into impactful visuals, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines while meeting project goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Execution:
    • Lead brand design projects across print, digital, social media, email, and packaging, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and objectives.
    • Oversee the design process from concept to completion.
  • Brand Development:
    • Contribute to the evolution of our visual identity (e.g., logo design, typography, color palettes).
    • Update and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Creative Concepting:
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new and innovative ideas.
    • Develop and present visual concepts that effectively communicate the brand’s values.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand project requirements, offer design solutions, and present design proposals.
    • Gather and incorporate feedback to refine designs according to project goals.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work alongside cross-functional teams (marketing, product, UX/UI, copywriting) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual consistency.
    • Mentor junior designers, offering guidance and feedback to support their development.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Quality Control:
    • Review designs for accuracy, attention to detail, and alignment with brand standards before final delivery.
    • Conduct quality checks on final design outputs to meet specifications and creative vision.
  • Trend Analysis and Research:
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques.
    • Conduct research on target audiences to ensure designs are relevant and impactful.
  • Innovation and Problem-Solving:
    • Identify opportunities to innovate within brand design while maintaining brand integrity.
    • Solve design challenges creatively to balance aesthetics with functionality.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Pursue ongoing development to enhance your design skills, software knowledge, and industry awareness.
    • Share insights, techniques, and tools with the team to foster continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience as a brand designer or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of brand design projects.
  • Mastery of design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, visual communication, and brand strategy.
  • Strong organization in the use of Figma files, with the ability to maintain consistency in design workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for branding and keeping up-to-date with current design trends.
